Kyung-Ja Ha, professor at the IBS Center for Climate Physics, received the 5th Korea Nobel Science Award for her work on monsoon climates and atmospheric dynamics. The citation also recognizes her important contributions in developing environmental earth science in South Korea.
Hosted by the Korean Nobel Science Association, the ceremony took place on February 26th, 2022 at the Hoam Faculty House of Seoul National University.
