  • Understanding the Coastal Oceans  – biophysical interactions – Ocean acidification – via forward modeling over different time scales.
  • Model parameter optimization using observations via Bayesian Inversion methods.
  • Observational network design – Observing System Simulation Experiments (OSSE) for ocean carbon monitoring systems.
